This waterfall is just outside the western
boundary of Carlsbad Caverns National Park. We are told that this is a dry pour-over that only flows
with heavy rainfall. However
nearby and deep within the Carlsbad Caverns are numerous slow seeping
waterfalls that have amazing beauty.
They spread out wide and cause the travertine formation that they are
creating to sparkle and glisten.
Some of these cascade several hundred feet.
